All Arxspan customer data is securely stored on our private cloud infrastructure, and backed up to digitally and physically secure off-site locations on a regular basis.

Yes. This involves Arxspan professional services to complete the installation, as well as services to apply patches and upgrades. These services are available at a fee in addition to the standard licensing fees. While on-site installations are supported, Arxspan recommends our hosted deployment model for its advantages in both cost and operational efficiency.

While any file can be uploaded/attached to any record in Arxspan Registration, we have specific, extended support
for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe PDF, and most common image formats such as GIF, PNG and JPG. All of the above file types can be visualized directly within the application. PDF and Microsoft Office documents are indexed for full-text search as well.

Yes, Arxspan Registration supports an optional administrator-defined Project list for separation of registered entities.
